With that as background, this is my situation: I have an old virus-ridden PC running Windows XP. I would like to erase it completely and install some form of LINUX. I have no interest in learning commands etc., I just want a user friendly, end user terminal to use for browsing the web, word processing, printing, burning CDs and perhaps some form of picture capture software. Very simple. I would be sharing a router with a Windows7 equipped PC.
