eee pc 900 xandros kde how to fix update/upgrade errors ?

Greetings:

When I try to update/ upgrade I get the following:

W: Failed to fetch http://update.eeepc.asus.com/1.6/pool/common/gcompris-data_8.4.4~asus4_all.deb Error reading from server - read (104 Connection reset by peer)

Is there a way to correct this?

0	Isn't the Xandros that came on the early Eee PC's no longer supported? Could this be why you are getting these errors? Long ago I upgraded my Eee 701 model to Joli OS. Asus no longer provides updates to the original Xandros. link answered 19 Sep '13, 15:54 Freshmeadow 71●1 accept rate: 0%
