Can't add comment

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I don't understand why, but I can't add comments to questions or answers (except when they are my own). Why is that?</p> <p>I registered just yesterday, perhaps you have to wait to be able to add comments. But I don't understand the rationale for this limitation then.</p>
