W: minorin: hardening-no-relro usr/bin/minorin W: minorin: hardening-no-fortify-functions usr/bin/minorin

google pointed me to this:

This package provides an ELF binary that lacks the "read-only relocation" link flag. This package was likely not built with the default Debian compiler flags defined by dpkg-buildflags. If built using dpkg-buildflags directly, be sure to import LDFLAGS.

so do I have to just copy the output of dpkg-buildflags to my src/Makefile.am or is there a way to automatically include it...
shinnraFri, 03 Aug 2012 17:10:21 -0400http://linuxexchange.org/questions/2917/lintian-warning-hardening-no-relro-hardening-no-fortify-functions-and-dpkg-buildflagspackagingdebdebianDoes the DEB format support differential updates resp. binary diffs?http://linuxexchange.org/questions/2675/does-the-deb-format-support-differential-updates-resp-binary-diffs
I just want to know, if the Debian package system supports differential updates. The amazing part about mezzo desktop was that it was a localhost server based html/php/etc desktop. UNR is heading that way, but symphony os was there years ago. I would love to be able to try it out, modify it, redistribute an updated version with the authors permission. Does anyone have a copy of the .deb files for it? I can not find it anywhere. All google searches through pages link back to the down website.
georgeFri, 23 Apr 2010 17:34:36 -0400http://linuxexchange.org/questions/124/where-to-find-mezzo-desktop-deb-filesmezzosymphonydesktopdebserverdifferent distros have different packages, is it possible to have one distro for all packages?http://linuxexchange.org/questions/18/different-distros-have-different-packages-is-it-possible-to-have-one-distro-for-all-packages
I am fairly new to Linux and have noticed things like Debian has deb packages and fedora has rpm. there are probably allot more different packages ,myself I like Debian style but I am wondering if it is possible to download something from fedora or a different distro and unpackage and install the software to any distro or is there sometype of software that I would need to be able to do this?
ShadowmephTue, 13 Apr 2010 17:01:12 -0400http://linuxexchange.org/questions/18/different-distros-have-different-packages-is-it-possible-to-have-one-distro-for-all-packagespackagingrpmdebrpm2tgzslackbuild
