Problems using the cam in Flash powered broadcast services

I have tried to broadcast my self using http://twitcam.com or http://livestream.com but can't get the video to work. Sound works just fine.

Flash asks I want to allow the site to access my camera and microphone but most of the times is impossible to press the "allow" button, and when I get to pressed it, only the sound gets broadcasted and a message saying "the Camera is in use" (but is not) appears where my camera's feed should be displayed.

I have seen this problem using Firefox 3.6 and Chrome 5.0.375.55 beta.

According to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ I have Adobe Flash Player version 10,0,45,2 installed.

Flash on Fedora plays twice as fast

No idea why, but after updating the flash plugin, all videos play twice as fast. No idea how to fix this, have tried reinstalling several times.
