Error on retagging questions

I get an error whenever I'm trying to retag some question:

500 Server Error 
sorry, system error

system error log is recorded, error will be fixed as soon as possible
please report the error to the site administrators if you wish

Is this a known issue?

Does OSQA have an Inbox drop-menu?

Coming from the StackExchange universe one thing that is glaringly missing in LE is the Recent Inbox/Achievments drop-menus, notifying of new answers, comments, points gained, etc. Is something like this really missing in OSQA?

Under what license do users make their contributions on LE?

On StackExchange they use:

user contributions licensed under cc by-sa 3.0 with attribution required

There is no add comment link under the answers I've been given to my question:

"Running two window managers simultaneously.", even though I'm logged on.

Also, this question doesn't appear under the list of questions I've asked.

I would suggest that a new tag rtf should be created. This question What choices do I have to open an rtf file? can use this new tag. Currently the only relevant tag it has got is software which is not descriptive enough.

I can't create it myself b/c of low reputation points.

Hi,

I don't understand why, but I can't add comments to questions or answers (except when they are my own). Why is that?

I registered just yesterday, perhaps you have to wait to be able to add comments. But I don't understand the rationale for this limitation then.

Is it possible to display finished question with a different color on the overview?

In the question list, you cannot see if a question has got accepted answers. It's not highlighted and it makes answering more difficult.

It would be a great help to highlight the answers.

This CSS snipplet would be a good catch, imho:

JavaScript links don't work, so you need to create the bookmarklet for yourself by copy & paste.

Suggestion: Link in email for weekly activity

The weekly activity email gives you a list of activiy on your questions and answers but doesn't actually link back to any of the questions/answers.

You have to search again to find each question (via your profile) which increases number of clicks to get to the wanted information.

And I presume (can't test currently as I've not been a long enough time user) that if you got a reply on a really old question, it could take quite a bit of time of processing through old questions before one find the one which was replied to.

Is this something to be considered?

I am prohibited from creating a tag because I am a new user. How many badges or how long must I be on the forum to create a tag?

After rejecting the new tag the system refused to accept my post without a tag - and every tag was rejected because I was new. So I canceled. My reputation is about to go down in flames.

Hello,

I show up twice under LinuxExchange Users, once as DBA Registered, once as DBA UNregistered. I have votes for each identity. How do I combine myself into one identity with one set of votes?

(I started appearing with two unregistered but identical identities a few days ago. I registered one hoping to make the other go away. It didn't work.)

How do I avoid this in the future? I'm starting to feel schizoid!

After trying a few times and looking around on the Gravatar website (where they state that "Setting up Gravatars on your site is easy; you don't even need an account!") I am unable to choose a custom picture to use in my profile, unless I register with the Gravatar website first...!!??

Clearly LinuxExchange is related to StackOverflow, as they use the same interface. Some questions:

Are they run by the same people?
Will I be able to copy over my profile from the other SO sites?
If they aren't related, is the code that runs the site available for anyone to set up a site that functions the same way on a different topic?
