We've been using GoToWebinar for over a year. The functionality is top-notch, but since many of our participants use a Linux platform (and this Citrix software doesn't support it, and has no plans to do so in the near future), I'd like to find something else.

Open Meetings is decent for most people and it integrates with LDAP, depending on the size of your company the one I like the most is called DimDim. It however, is only free for up to 20 users.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a webcam plugin to google wave. So you would have live document collaboration, along with web conferencing, on any OS, for free.

http://www.ideal-group.org/watf/ is where I logged in for a webinar concluded last week. I was using a Slackware distro and had no problem. It's not free, but the owner and CEO is a wonderful guy to talk with -- very helpful.
