Hi I'm about to buy intel i3-2100 cpu. It comes in a blue box,(as per pic). Does the box also have a heat sink and fan? I have seen online from different sellers ; they want to sell a cpu fan and heat sink separately with the purchase. Cpu,fan,and heat sink should be all in one. Yes? PS.. Star Micro and Portatech were the sellers. Thank you..

1	You might want to verify, but if it comes in the Intel blue box then the heat sink and fan are normally included. OEM parts on the other hand usually don't. link answered 17 Oct '11, 18:19 lgoss007 36●2 accept rate: 100%
