There are an awful lot of these tutorials around the net. A quick Google search found these as just the top 3:
1. Installing RHEL 6 with Windows in Dual Boot Environment ...
2. linux - RedHat Enterprise 6 and Windows 7 dual boot - Super User
3. General :: RedHat Enterprise 6 And Windows 7 Dual Boot?

Essentially, use the Windows 7 disk manager tool to add a partition to your hard disk using up the free space - make sure you allow enough space for the Linux OS and any programs and data you need.

If you are stuck at a particular point, you need to let us know more information
