You're going to need to elaborate, there are numerous things to consider, the scope of the test, the type of network, etc. There is no simple answer to this, and your current question is far to ambiguous. Please update your question with details. I would also suggest you start reading up on penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. http://security.stackexchange.com is a good place to start.
