Hi... I have a Problem in adding a new network interface in My centos PC can any one please haelp me in installing it. I already have a network interface in my pc . i needed to add another on in same machine, after i installed i coould not configure the network interface card. i.e whien i use syste-config-network in device configuration i can see only eth0 ---- on board lan ( i.e not working) eth1 ---- a network interface which i have installed before.

other than the network interface that i added i need to install a another interface please Help ME IN THIS ISSUE......

The issue may be a missing/not loaded kernel driver. If the card is a PCI card, please post the relevant output of the "lspci" command.

use #lspci command & it will show you exact error & output

It can depend on the interface card.

Some require firmware to be loaded before they can be active.
