ubuntu12.04LTS+NComputing =>odd keybinding

I have installed ubuntu12.04 LTS on proxmox and run NComputing on it it . It will connect well but navigaion keys works diffrently. up-key will take screenshot left-key will erase all the text have been written and ... while with the VNC viewre ubuntu12.04 will works correctly. so by connecting to NComputing programmers cant write code becuase of navigation keys Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
