Suggestion: Link in email for weekly activity

<p>The weekly activity email gives you a list of activiy on your questions and answers but doesn't actually link back to any of the questions/answers.</p> <p>You have to search again to find each question (via your profile) which increases number of clicks to get to the wanted information.</p> <p>And I presume (can't test currently as I've not been a long enough time user) that if you got a reply on a really old question, it could take quite a bit of time of processing through old questions before one find the one which was replied to.</p> <p>Is this something to be considered?</p>
