The weekly activity email gives you a list of activiy on your questions and answers but doesn't actually link back to any of the questions/answers.

You have to search again to find each question (via your profile) which increases number of clicks to get to the wanted information.

And I presume (can't test currently as I've not been a long enough time user) that if you got a reply on a really old question, it could take quite a bit of time of processing through old questions before one find the one which was replied to.

Is this something to be considered?

We don't have any specific plans to implement this now, but we'll consider it as a future enhancement. Thanks for the feedback.
