I have Docky in autohide mode. The problem is that if a window is in the area where docky is supposed to pop up, like say if a window is maximized and takes up the whole screen, docky will appear under it, and it will be covered. How can Docky be made to appear above other windows? |

It is supposed to do this automatically, however it appears that sometimes this does not happen. Restarting Docky always fixes the problem for me. It's a bug that is difficult to isolate, and any assistance in reproducing it would be appreciated. |

It doesn't seem to be an option. I just use the "Window Dodge" setting for hiding Docky. Another alternative is to check out the project's Wiki and mess about with some of the GConf settings, but like I said, I couldn't find anything that lets you position Docky above all other windows. |
