VMware unable to build kernel module | Fedora 15

Hi guys I've installed vmware workstation on fedora 15. after that I yum'd a few stuffs like the GCC 4.6

now when I run the vmware it says it needs to compile and install some kernel modules when I click install it gives me this message:
