Why can't I play King Games using Ubuntu Linux? On the site a message states that I need windows to play their games. I don't have windows internet explorer because it kept crashing. Is there anything I can do to get round this please? |

Are you refering to King Games from Burger King, or www.king.com, or something else? Is it a flash game or something you download (.exe)? Flash should work on Linux, if it's a downloaded game you may be able to run it in WINE.

You can try using Firefox on Ubuntu and the Firefox User Agent Switcher add-on - it permits you to set the User Agent string for the browser to anything you like, including IE under Windows. I had success doing this with another M$-only site, Skyline. |
